The Jolly Harbour Yacht Club invites you to compete in the 24th anniversary of the Regatta. The Organising Authority is Jolly Harbour Yacht Club under the auspices of the Antigua Barbuda Sailing Association in association with the Caribbean Sailing Association. The Regatta Headquarters will be located at the Jolly Harbour Yacht Club office in the Jolly Harbour Commercial Centre. Times are Antigua Standard Time (UTC minus 4 hours).

1. RULES

​

1.1 The Regatta will be governed by the Rules as defined in the World Sailing (ISAF) Racing Rules of Sailing

(2021 - 2024).

1.2 Addendum A - Safety and Equipment Regulations will apply.

​

1.3 The Regatta will also be governed by:

​

(a) the CSA Rating Rule.

1.4 The Rules will be changed as follows:

​

(a) Rule A2, Series Scores, will apply except that a boat's worst race score will only be excluded from her series score if six (6) or more races in the series have been completed.
