Trip to Guadeloupe

The commodore organised a trip to Guadeloupe last weekend.Three boats took part and a great time was had by all. As part of the trip we visited the famous chocolate factory and tasted their delights. From there we crossed the mountains and saw the beautiful scenery stopping at the waterfalls and for a dip.  On to Pointe a Pitre for lunch and a look around the Marina.  After a stop to shop we returned and enjoyed a meal at the local restaurant.

• JHYC Saturday Sailing Series – A regular Saturday afternoon sailing competition with classes for the out and out Racers & Racer Cruisers as well as Cruises & Live – a –Boards. Sailing is always followed by prize giving and socializing on waterfront in the West Point Bar, Jolly Harbour. See more >>
